The catalogue of online products contains the integrated environment where employees , customers and trading partners can find indispensable information about the products, communicate and do initiative operations.
The Internet service together with the catalogue of products made on the grounds of the database, enables company Customers, trading partners and employees to communicate interactively with one another in external and internal ways. They can come into contact with the company, get full information and do initiative operations in the net (questions, orders, etc.). The main advantage of the solution is the integration with various kinds of information sources – from systems based on relational databases (ERP, CRM), to not framed collections of information, i.e.: Office documents, electronic mail. The module CMS (the Module of Information Management), which is integrated with the catalogue of products, facilitates effective management of its content. Using the CMS does not require specialist technological expertise. The person bringing out information is only required to create the information and choose the way of publishing it (MS Office document, electronic mail). The rest is done automatically. This way of activity lets employees of particular sections focus on substantial content of the published information. Basing the product on the XML technology allows for easy integration with all database sources that support this standard.
