The task of the PR is to create a positive image of the company and to strengthen its trademark and products.

The INFOMEDIA module is aimed at both the inside of the company (the PR section, marketing and management) and the outside of it (for journalists). It helps to systematize the work of the PR section in the company as well as to present the company to people looking for appropriate information.
The PR service, which journalists often rely on, is a rich source of information about the company. The information bulletin online which enables preparation of newsletters and their immediate dispatching can be the supplement or module of the system.

INFOMEDIA can embrace the following thematic cross sections:

• company’s profile, its mission, a brief offer, partners.
• press information,
• press articles about us,
• course of events – information about the company’s events that are to take place,
• information about members of the Board of directors, managers and employees holding important posts,
• list of people responsible for the press contact,
• archives.

Interested people are requested to register and enter information about themselves. Next, they receive the password and login owing to which they can enter zones, which are protected by the password, and get to know about the whole PR service of the company. These activities allow for establishing journalists’ database. The system analyses each logging to the PR service.

People responsible for Public Relations can manage information in the service themselves owing to the application of the CMS Both employees of some sections of the company and external agencies can convey information.
